Built in the 1920's The Tavern 1924, a former marine cottage, has been revamped several times over the years.

In the 1950s the original marine cottage was transformed into a residents bar for patrons of St. David's Park. Since the current owners took over four years ago non residents have been welcomed and improvements to the building have been ongoing. None more spectacular however than recent refurbishments, undertaken in 2009.

Now completed to an exceptional standard, whilst still retaining some of the original features, The Tavern 1924 has undergone a spectacular transformation into the popular gastropub we see today.

The Tavern 1924 now boasts solid oak flooring throughout, a spacious conservatory with magnificent views of Red Wharf and Benllech Bay, and a large decked area outside. Upstairs an adult only dining area and lounge bar has been created. The Tavern 1924 now more than ever really is the place to eat, drink, relax and unwind.
